Mark Beauregard is the author of The Whale: A Love Story and the co-author of The Open-Focus Life.

For many years, Mark Beauregard was a motorcycle journalist, writing travel features and personality profiles for CC Motorcycle News magazine. He has also been arts editor for the Tucson Free Press and a submissions editor for Sonora Review Literary Journal, as well as a freelance travel writer.

Mark teaches graduate courses in long-form journalism and fiction writing at Western New Mexico University. He has edited numerous book-length published works of nonfiction.

Mark is a Certified Open Focus Coach.
